Back and Sides........Ringed Budgeroo.
This species is the only member in its family group. It grows near Dingo, Central Queensland. Most of the tree have straight grain and can get to quite large trees.
The trees with Ringed grain are always stunted in appearance and never reach full size.
The Back has panels of Figured Mulga
Soundboard....Adirondack Spruce
Is has Falcate bracing out of laminated King Billy Pine
Bindings, Fretboard, Bridge and Headstock ....Ringed Gidgee
Neck.....Curly American Maple with a Ringed Budgeroo Spine and heel Block
and is fitted with a double action steel Trussrod
Fretboard is bound and has a compound Radius, frets ends have individually shaped.
This Instrument is "Pickup Ready", having a internally fitted compensation block for the pickup jack.
Tuners are Gotoh Planetary, Gold with black buttons
Nut and Saddle are out of NT Buffalo Horn
Rosette out of segment of Ringed Gidgee. Sap and Heart wood
Strap Pins are Gotoh Black 12mm
Comes in a Hard case with spare strings
