Hi Graham
I picked up the uke before lunch. Firstly thanks for the excellent packing and labelling, first class.
Well this instrument is already incredible sounding and will just get better as it opens up. I struggled to put it down before a meeting :)
The headroom is huge, i mainly fingerpick so love digging in without distortion. I imagine the Adi top is a factor but your bracing methods too no doubt. The Worth browns are a great match too, warmth and depth in spades!
Extremely happy with this purchase & will hopefully record a few things with it soon (will send links) :)
Cheers, Steve

Owner of The Red Camphor Tenor, The African Blackwood Baritone and has just Commissioned a Burdekin Plum Tenor
Graham,
The African Blackwood Baritone Ukulele arrived in supergood time and very well protected. As usual Graham the quality of your workmanship is outstanding. Sounds wonderful. This is an instrument that I am proud to be looking after until the next generation.
Just a further comment on the Red Camphor Laurel Tenor ukulele. I have already commented of the excellent workmanship. I took this instrument to my classical guitar teacher today. He is highly qualified and an experienced performer and recording artist. After playing the ukulele for a bit covering the whole of the fingerboard, he turned to me and said, “ this Luthier really knows what he is doing”.
Best wishes, Garry Deegan

I recently bought a Gladstone Mandolin on the 2nd hand market - a semi acoustic but the person I purchased it from had lost the power supply to charge the pick up.
I emailed Graham and he couldn't have been more helpful - he sourced one for me and posted to me in Scotland, this is fantastic customer service! I played a Weber mandolin for 20 years but my Gladstone is the better instrument and my Niece is now the owner of the Weber. The sound from my Gladstone when played acoustically is fabulous- clear as a bell with great projection and when I play it through my Fishman loudbox mini amp ( with a bit of reverb) it's heaven.
I can't recommend Graham or Gladstone mandolins enough!!
Thank you.
