Binding  Channel - Router Jig.

For  a number of years I persevered with a handle type attachment on my router. I referred to cutting binding channels as 'Sweety Palm Moments'.
This Jig is nothing short of fantastic by comparison. I certainly didnt dream it up. For the most part it came from Trevor and Gerard's  Book 'Contemporary Guitar Design'.
It is dead simple to make and even easier to use.  My contribution, which I must admit again isn't original was to add the micro adjustor for depth of channel. It was borrowed from the LMI Binding Cutter Jig. And again very simple to use.
